Multi-tier backup system — Synology is down for the count atm and needs to be warrantied. I think the mobo fried. Ugreen NAS is operational for documents and 24TB Seagate external was there to save the day. But havent done backups until I get the new syno.
Digitizing physical documents — Scanning/OCR, file organization, dual backups, secure disposal of originals. In progress. The pipeline with tesseract and mini-cpm is working good, and we have some python scripts to parse the file types. All physical documents have been scanned and currently accumulating digital documents. Emails next?
